The University Council approved to establish the Human Resources Committee in the 2nd University Council Meeting in the academic year of 2014/2015. The Powers & Functions of the Committee are as follows:
1) To advise, analyze and make recommendations on the UM Budget;
2) To oversee, review and make recommendations on the execution of the UM Budget with significant impact on the University;
3) To provide comments and advice on procurement matters with significant impact on the University;
4) Upon request from the University Council or the University, to advise and make recommendations on other significant finance-related matters which are within the competence of the University Council.
